Our fee is extremely reasonable, $49/member/month, with a maximum of 4 memberships (in other words if you have over 4 members in your family it is still only $196/month). This includes routine appointments, chronic illness follow-up, acute care appointments, and basic labs.  Yearly WELLNESS EXAMS are an additional fee for adults and children over 2 years of age.

We have a booking/scheduling fee of $25 with each appointment, payable at the time of your appointment. We also offer an a la carte menu with additional charges relating to specific services, for example; after hours care, completion of forms, referrals, prescriptions minor surgeries, vasectomy, male circumcision of the newborn, and specialty lab analysis.

Bottom line, you will have more time during your appointment to spend with us, same day appointments, less waiting-room time, better care, more information, avoid ER and urgent care clinics (which saves you TIME and money) and be well equipped to take control of your health.
